"Satisfy My Soul" Recipes
Basic Vanilla Smoothie
- 1 tablespoon "Satisfy My Soul" Vanilla Superfood Blend
- 1 heaping tbsp of almond butter (or favorite nut butter)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk (or favorite nut milk like coconut or cashew)
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth! Enjoy!
- Add a handful of frozen or fresh strawberries for a healthy strawberry milkshake
- Add a handful of fresh or frozen blueberries
- Add a tsp of coconut oil or butter
- Add in a date or honey to make it sweeter
- Add fresh papaya for a delicious creamsicle smoothie (recipe on the blog)
- Add roasted or canned pumpkin for a "Pumpkin Spice Smoothie" (recipe on the blog)
- Switch out almond milk for coconut milk or coconut water, hemp milk or any other dairy free drink
