These blends are beyond versatile - you can get super creative with them and find your favorite way to include them in your diet daily.  Whether it's simply shaking them up with some coconut water or adding them to your favorite bread recipe, they lend themselves to be used in so many ways.  My favorite basic recipes are below.  You can add or omit ingredients per your preferences and have fun with the multitude of creations you can make with these ultra nourishing blends!

  • 1  heaping tbsp of "Lively Up Yourself" blend
  • 1 heaping tbsp of almond butter (or favorite nut butter)
  • 1 frozen banana

That's it! Blend it all together and enjoy! I love to keep frozen bananas (slice them and put in a container) on hand in the freezer at all times so I am ready to make a nourishing smoothie whenever!
